Raleigh, N. C. Triangle MicroSystems, Inc, (TMS) a manufacturer of automated building and fuel control systems based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is planning a national marketing initiative for its fuel control division.

“We have completed the research and new product development for our advanced fuel control systems for gasoline pumps,” said George King, the President of TMS. “We are ready to roll out the new product to the market and we are in the process of exploring all of our strategic options, including mergers and capital market transactions,” he added.

TMS retained Investment Management & Insurance Advisors, Inc., an investment advisor to high tech companies, to assist with the capital market exploration.

“TMS has been in business since 1982,” said Thomas Vass, an investment advisor, “and has developed two main product lines from its own proprietary electronic control technology. The newest version of products for fuel pumps is a sustaining innovation that makes old pumps new again so that they can communicate with the new internet-based world of e-commerce.”

King noted that he is considering how all of his suppliers and vendors could possibly fit into the new growth strategy. “We have extensive relationships with key players in the entire fuel distribution network,” he said, “and we intend to include our partners in our growth plans.”

In addition to advanced fuel pump technology, the TMS technology platform is deployed in all forms of green energy initiatives that control the environment of commercial and industrial buildings. Their control technology is currently managing the largest roof top solar applications in North Carolina at the Fletcher Industrial Park, in Fletcher, North Carolina.

About Triangle MicroSystems, Inc. TMS started out as an engineering consulting business in 1979. By 1982 the company had developed its own technology and products for both building automation and fuel control systems. Today, TMS offers state-of-the art control systems to fit building automation and fuel control needs with a proven array of high-performance solutions to help control costs and optimize energy investments.

KleerBlueSeparation By Design (SBD) had a lot of interest in their KleerBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) storage and dispensing system during the 2009 NACS show this year. There are new 2010 standards concerning DEF, and you may not be aware of what SBD is doing to help retailers and commercial fleet accounts prepare to be in compliance. SBD has surrounded themselves with many recognized companies to combine components into a quality oriented DEF dispensing system. We are proud to say they have included TMS in their KleerBlue product.

SBD is utilizing the TMS VRR-100  developed to convert mechanical pumps to communicate just like any other new electronic dispenser. The TMS VRR-100 provides the user interface or read out including the pulser, displays and electronics required to compute sales, and provides sales and totals information to most any third party controllers including the Verifone system. The TMS VRR-100 has a pulse output option that allows the KleerBlue product to connect to stand alone Fuel Island Terminal card readers.  The pulse output, along with the electronic interface option, provides a solution for your fleet owner and truck stop owner customers to place the KleerBlue system on the island, and tie it into practically any existing controller.

Simple, affordable, and dependable, the KleerBlue system is in line with what TMS has always strived to provide to dealers and end users. Both the TMS VRR-100 and the KleerBlue system are certified by National Weights and Measures, and are ready to sell.

SBD is now seeking Distributors for Sales & Service Opportunities - Contact Steve Cox at 812-424-1239.
