m2e
TMS is introducing our newest product, the m2e, a “mechanical to electronic” protocol converter. This cost effective solution* allows mechanical dispensers to “talk” to a POS system as if it were an electronic pump. So, for example, if you have a Ruby POS with a number of Gilbarco electronic pumps and that lone mechanical pump dispensing kerosene, this product will allow you to treat that mechanical kerosene pump as a Gilbarco electronic. No more separate controllers to handle those odd-ball mechanical pumps. No more separate reports. Prices will still need to be set at the pump as before. If you desire to set the price from the console, please consider replacing the mechanical computer with our VRR platform .
The m2e possesses the same form factor as our TMS-23 relay board, now currently used in our Interconnect Relay box. Pop out the TMS-23 relay board and replace with the m2e, modify some communications’ wiring and you are ready to go.
